NOTICE: Below are the strandard terms for the UC Money Back Guarantee (MBG). However, until further notice, these terms are waived. All tickets automatically qualify for the MBG, without application. The only condition is that you must be present at the Presentation intermission to request your refund. UC is proud to make this offer after a full year of Presentations without a refund request.

We stand behind our product. After two of four hours of instruction, if you don’t feel you’ve already received more than fair value for your ticket, UC will refund the full price of your ticket, on the spot (MBG tickets only). Half of all UC tickets are allotted for the MBG.

What’s the catch?

There isn't one. The only requirement is that you must apply for the MBG, in advance, by answering a few simple questions. The questions are listed below.

Part of the Exclusivity Guarantee is that we limit the number of tickets each year. Therefore, we must be sure that those who reserve one of the limited seats with the MBG are good candidates for our material.

If you have provided a valid email address, we will notify you of your results shortly. If you are entitled to the MBG, we'll email a confirmation number to you. It's valid for 14 days. If you purchase your ticket in that time, while providing your MBG confirmation number, you may, at your option, get your money back at the course intermission (after two thirds). Please keep in mind that those who request their money back will not be admitted to the remainder of the Presentation nor receive the UC Handbook and other UC Member Benefits.
